2011 • Chris competed in a limited schedule of 11 nights of super late model racing in Missouri, Kentucky and Arkansas. His best finish of the season was 8th place at Clarksville (Tenn.) Speedway. 2010 • Chris competed in 17 nights of super late model racing across Missouri, Illinois and Kentucky. His best A-main finish of the season was seventh at I-55 Raceway near Pevely, Mo. 2009 • Chris competed in 22 total feature race events for late models in Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky and Tennesse; 19 of them were in the crate division and three in the super division. In addition to one feature race win, Chris had 12 top-five finishes and 16 top-10 finishes, along with three heat race wins. In all, the No. 66 Team finished in the top five in more than half of the feature races started. 2008 • Chris competed in 26 nights of late model racing at tracks in Illinois, Missouri, Ohio and Tennessee, including seven FasTrak Midwest events and two FasTrak National events. He won two feature races (one each at Malden, Mo., and Atwood, Tenn.) and scored 10 top-five finishes and 19 top-10 finishes. He failed to finish just five feature races. Chris ended the season fourth in the final FasTrak Midwest point standings and eighth in the Malden Speedway point standings. The season included the No. 66 Team's first trip to Eldora Speedway in Ohio. 2007 • In 26 nights of late model racing, Chris had 17 top-five finishes and 23 top-10 finishes. His worst finish of the season was 12th and included one feature race win at Poplar Bluff. 2006 • Chris continued open-wheel modified competition at several regional tracks, including Malden, Poplar Bluff and Kentucky Lake Motor Speedway. 2005 • In 32 nights of open-wheel modified racing, Chris had 17 top-10 finishes and nine top-five finishes. 2004 • The season was largely a chance for research and development in the open-wheel modified division, which resulted in several top-five and top-10 finishes at tracks across the region. 2003 • Chris won three open-wheel modified features at Auto Tire & Parts Racepark near Benton, Mo., including a midweek finish ahead of NASCAR Sprint Cup veteran Ken Schrader. 2002 • In 33 nights of open-wheel modified racing, Chris finished with 25 top-10s, 19 top-fives and seven feature wins, including the points title at Auto Tire & Parts Racepark near Benton, Mo. 2001 • Chris raced in 31 open-wheel modified events at Auto Tire & Parts Racepark near Benton, Mo., Malden (Mo.) Speedway and Dyersburg (Tenn.) Speedway and finished with 19 top-10s, 10 top-fives and five feature wins. 2000 • The birth of Chris' daughter Elizabeth resulted in a lighter racing schedule, but it still included 23 nights in open-wheel modifieds at Malden (Mo.) Speedway, Dyersburg (Tenn.) Speedway and Milan (Tenn.) Speedway. 1999 • Chris debuted in super late model racing with a schedule that focused on Clarksville (Tenn.) Speedway and included several top-10 finishes. 1998 • While falling just short of a modified season championship at Kentucky Lake Motor Speedway, Chris ended the year with 15 top-10 finishes and six top-five finishes in 24 nights of competition. 1997 • In 28 nights of modified racing, Chris scored 21 top-10 finishes, along with 13 top-five runs and a feature win. 1996 • A busy season consisted of 46 nights of open-wheel modified racing with 38 top-10s and 24 top-fives, including five feature wins at Dyersburg (Tenn.) Speedway. Chris also won the IMCA division point title at Dyersburg, finished fifth in points at Heartland Motorsports Speedway in Malden, Mo., and was 12th at Garnertown (Tenn.) Speedway. He finished 12th in the IMCA Central Region. 1995 • Chris won his first career feature August 26 at Dyersburg (Tenn.) Speedway. The season included 34 nights of racing with 32 top-10s and 22 top-fives. Chris finished in the top 10 in point standings at four IMCA tracks in three states B&M Motor Speedway near Pocahontas, Ark., Purchase Park Raceway near Morton's Gap, Ky., Garnertown (Tenn.) Speedway and Dyersburg Speedway. 1994 • The debut season in open-wheel modifieds included visits to six tracks in four states. Chris raced in 22 events and finished sixth in his debut at B&M Motor Speedway in Pocahontas, Ark. He finished third in a feature race within his first month and won his first event a B-main at Batesville (Ark.) Speedway on Aug. 27. In all, Chris had six top-five finishes and seven top-10 finishes. |
